Pipelytic & Company was founded by Konkokuhle Ntanzi on a simple conviction: a brilliant strategy is worthless if no one can carry it out. Most strategy fails not in the boardroom but in the months after — in the execution. The practice exists to close that gap.
Every engagement is led directly, with no layers between strategy and delivery. We pair rigorous strategic counsel with the ability to build the systems and software a strategy requires — and we use that same capability to help clients find uncontested ground, and hold it.

Konkokuhle Ntanzi founded Pipelytic & Company to do the thing most advisory firms won't: stay past the recommendation. His background is in strategy, management, and consulting — disciplines that treat a decision as the start of the real work, not the end of it.
That conviction sets how every engagement runs. The same practice that shapes a strategy also builds the systems and software to deliver it — a capability proven in the firm's own ventures, Tidaly and the Pipelytic Marketing Engine.
